I’ve been serving families and individuals as a counselor and coach for over 20 years and am ready to do the same for you. My specialty is working with individuals who feel stuck, are facing personal challenges, or who simply want more fulfillment in their lives. While Christ is at the center of who I am, I am happy to serves clients of any faith without judgment or hesitation.

I am highly motivated to help women hit the pause button, reconnect with their desires, remember what they are made to do, and learn the skill of slowing down. We have forgotten how to connect with God and it is costly. Whether in your church or your living room, I would love to help foster community among you and the women in your circle.

No matter your life stage, we are all trying to navigate the fog of our confusing culture. Whether mentoring or parenting, wisdom is imperative. The onslaught of the internet is cluttering to our minds and souls. We must push upstream in the aggressive current. Let’s partner together to find the counter-intuitive way forward. I am glad to help you find creative solutions as you work to raise mature adults in a shallow, immature culture.
